The school year is starting! Are you interested in improving your teamwork and creative thinking skills? EMP is hosting Ecohack, a hackathon about solving environment-related issues. Our hackathon takes place over the span of 3 days, from the afternoon of Saturday, September 4th to the morning of Monday, September 6th. Participants will be able to cooperate with their teammates to pick a solvable issue related to the topic and create their own innovative, tech-related product to solve the issue!
During the hackathon, teams will research, design, and create their product. There will also be student-driven workshops, giving the participants a chance to learn about technical skills and soft skills to aid their product.
Requirements
You may submit a video of your presentation (8 minutes max) including your project, or you may just submit the project and give the presentation live (8 minutes max, with 3 minutes for questions from judges). You must submit your project on Monday Sept. 6th by 3:00 PM.
